-A total systems upgrade is heading your way June 2024 -


Important Dates and Changes to prepare for! 

Please mark your calendars, Changes begin Friday, May 31st.

Many Pinal County FCU products and services will not be available on the following dates during the system upgrade:
  • Credit Union Lobbies and Drive Thru – Closed. Saturday, June 1st through Monday, June 3rd, 2024.
  • E-Services such as Online and Mobile Banking – Will be Unavailable Starting May 31st.
    • Online Bill Pay will be Unavailable starting May 24th. 
      • All payments scheduled prior to 05/24/2024 will continue to process. 
    • All Zelle access will be taken down at noon on the 24th
      • No new enrollments beginning 5/24
    • Login to Online Banking and download your eStatements and account history prior to May 31st.
    • Quicken and Quickbooks users, make sure you download your transactions by May 31st
  • Debit and Credit Card Network - Access Limited. Balances Unavailable. Card Limits will be Modified.  
    • Limited funds will be available using your debit card starting May 31st
    • Limited cash available using your Pinal County FCU Debit Card in all ATMs, including all Pinal County FCU ATMs.
    • Please plan ahead to have sufficient cash on hand.
    • Have back-up forms of payment available from the evening of May 31st until June 3, 2024
  • No access to Shared Branching
    • Please plan ahead to have sufficient cash on hand.
  • You will have NO access to your accounts during the System Upgrade Weekend.

Once we go live: 

  • Audio Access/Phone Banking will change.
    • The New Phone Banking system defaults to Touch Tone - Dial 8* to switch to Speech Recognition.
      • Dial: 800-404-8640

      • Follow the menu prompts

      • Enter your account number and PIN

      • The first time you call in you will be required to verify your identity by entering your account number, followed by your Social Security number. This is the only time you will be asked to enter your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to create a (or use your current) Personal Identification Number (PIN). For account transactions and inquiries (balances, interest, etc.) you’ll always be asked to enter your account number and PIN.

  • New Logon/password will be required for MyOnline Banking

    • For enrollement you will need your Social Security Number, Account Number, Email Address and Phone Number.
      • To ensure you are able to enroll please make sure the credit union has your correct, up to date information. 
  • New Mobile app, PCFCU MyMobile Banking app will need to be downloaded.
