San Tan Valley Branch Update
It has been over 10 months since we broke ground in our lot of dirt; we now have framework, wiring, plumbing and some walls! As you can see from our pictures below, there is so much progress on our new branch.
Here is a quick timeline of what our construction crew has been up to the last few months:
In January the construction crew began mapping out foundations.
March, all underground sewage pipes were installed. Street concrete, creating the turning lane and entrance to the branch space was poured.

By April, our crew completed the foundation! From framing to pouring the concrete. Now to wait for it to dry completely. Pavement was also poured on the turning lane, completing the entrance to the new location!

May, now that the concrete is dry, our construction crew started on the framework and outer walls. Our branch is starting to look like an actual building! The parking lot was also paved, so you now have a place to park when you come see us!

June, we are truly starting to look like a Credit Union now! There is dry wall on the outside, plumbing, electrical wiring and AC installation. And we have glass doors!

July, sheetrock was added to the interior walls, and the stone siding was installed in the front of our building and on the drive thru pillars. All the electrical panels were installed as well!

August, we have bathroom tiles and ceiling tiles with lighting! The fire alarms have been set up and the interior glass for the offices are done. Our landscaping has been completed, we are well on our way towards the finishing touches.

September, carpetting and flooring was installed! We are in the final stages of the interior finishes! We also had our parking lot lines sprayed.

October, the interior is closer to being done! Our furniture has come in; we have teller stations, desks and other lobby equipment in stalled!

We are almost finished with constructing our new branch! Stay tuned for more updates and details on our Grand Opening!
